MCs Costs and a few Practical Points.

Coverage
This map shows our usual area of coverage, although we have occasionally travelled slightly further afield.

Our packages start from £550. The cost can be influenced by factors such as how large the venue is, whether you want us to play CD's in between our sets, and how many guests you are expecting, as these aspects will dictate which of our sound systems we recommend for the venue. The cost can also be influenced by how far we have to travel to your event - you can see from the map the area that we usually cover. Our cost covers two live sets of about 100 minutes in total (usually split into a 30 minute first set and 70 minute second set). We will require an area of about 5m wide by 3m deep, and four 13A sockets. If the event is outdoors (eg. in a marquee) we will require ELCB type protection on these sockets. We can provide additional recorded music (at no extra cost) if you are not arranging a DJ.

The best thing is to talk to us, so we can understand your requirements. After all, it's YOUR event, and we will always:

  • meet YOUR needs by allocating a single person to talk to you to make sure things go smoothly - for this purpose we use a standard booking form so that all the usual questions are asked in advance;
  • arrive in good time on the big day, to set up and sound check without disturbing your guests - this process can take up to an hour and a half so must be planned carefully;
  • use our own sound engineer who will be present at the event, and high quality equipment that will not break down "on the night".
